We are saddened by the passing away of Prof. Colwyn Trevarthen.
Prof. Trevarthen was one of the pillars of child development, especially infant development. He was an international research leader and a lecturer at the University of Edinburgh. Developed the theory of The Self and Intersubjectivity and wrote many books and papers.
Prof. Colwyn Trevarthen was examining Dr. Hanna Alonim's doctoral thesis in England. He was invited to lecture here and contributed to the knowledge acquired at the Mifne Center. Over time he became a dear friend of the Mifne Center.
